It's good - I've decided it was time to stop weighing myself every week. If I'm going to live this way forever, I don't see why I should weigh myself every single week. Does a person not following ww do that? Probably not. I don't want to stress if I'm up by a few because 1 - it's going to be normal, and 2 - it would ruin my week!

Yep...this is how much I suck: +5 pounds.
I know that this is (a) water weight and (b) PMS weight gain, but I was still very bad this week. I don't know what happened to my resolve. Got to change things up. Shake up my routine.

Hi...I am new here and Friday's are my weigh in. I don't go to meetings and have been doing WW on my own for quite awhile. I started out at 189...last summer was down to 148 then started gaining again. I was doing flex, but not doing so well on it so last Monday(Oct. 10) I started with the Core plan....really liking this way of eating. I stayed the same this week which I know is so much better than a gain....last week I lost 3.5 lbs.
So here's to another great week.

-.5 from two weeks ago. Life is so crazy now. Trying to adjust to post wedding life. Loosing weight was easier when it was the only thing I was focusing on. Now I have my theatre life (which fills in all my after work hours) and my day job travel, which is turning out to be 3 weeks out of every month. Eating while traveling is really, really tough.
Surprisingly, I've found that the core lifestyle is really ingrained in me. I'm not as strict as I could be but I find myself reaching for fruits and veggies without reminding myself to eat them.

-1.5 this week. It's totally the exercise. That and making smart choices when I am forced to eat out. AND stopping eating when full. Ok...now to repeat my good choices again this week.

So, let's see...a five pound gain over the past two weeks. I'm not sure how much of this is water retention from salt, from exercise or real weight gain. And I know...how much of a maosochist can I be to weigh myself AFTER Thanksgiving?! Although, I am a pound down from yesterday morning. HAHAHA
