I'm up .5 from last weigh in, but still 1 lb under personal goal and 3 lbs under WW goal. Trying to learn to maintain! :-) Hope everyone is well.

I was up 1.4 and had to pay to attend the meeting, because I was more than 2 pounds above my goal weight. I don't believe I gained 1.4 in a week that I kept to Core and did not use all my WPA. I think it has to be water because I ate a lot of salt on Saturday.
My problem is that I haven't been at 135 (my true goal weight) in a long time. I usually hover around 136-137. So if I really weigh 137 and I have water retention, I'm going to be over. So I have a mini-goal of 2 real pounds. Not sure I can do that through eating alone. I will have to spend some serious time at the gym. I've been going, but I've been taking classes like flexibility, which I need badly, and then leaving without doing anything fat-burning. Well, at least I have a plan.

My WI was 145.6-the same as last week. I was a little discouraged since I did everything right last week, but it's almost my TOM so maybe that has something to do with it. On Flex I would have gotten discouraged and eaten, but on Core I just kept on trucking.

Patty, I'm having the same problem, but I actually gained FOUR pounds!! That is ridiculous! Don't worry about it, just keep going every day and you will see results. TOM sucks.

Thanks Nydah. It's funny because I was going to reply to your post because you sounded just like me! I'm not going to let it get me down, and I don't know if this will make you feel better but I usually gain 3-4 pounds every month during TOM and then it goes away. I'll bet you'll have a good loss next WI.

I'm up a bit this week, though still under goal, due to TOM. Not going to change my stats in my profile until next week, to give myself a chance to see how it all settles out. I'm trying to shift to maintenance, and not sure whether I've got my WPA total right, due to TOM water/bloating. Will see next week.
Hope you all had a gratifying visit with the scale.

Hi, Everyone, Back down to 131.6 today, now that TOM's influence has passed. I'm struggling with whether to add some points or keep going as I am, trying to see if I'm going to maintain at this level. In any case, a good weigh in -- I'm 3.5 below WW goal and within my personal goal range. Hope you're all doing well!

I had my weigh in today and I am at 214. Yea, 17 lbs down. I am also a new member as of today. I am excited to get to join all of you.

Hi, Everyone, WI today at 133. Up a bit, but considering that I've been out of town and eating more WPA than usual, I'm not surprised at all. I'm still under WW goal, but this is as high as I prefer to go. I'd rather be around 131, so I'll see about getting back there this week. Hope you all had a good WI.

I weighed in yesterday morning -- I've lost 18 pounds in 2 weeks... From 280 to 262. I'm quite happy

Goal weight = 145 (but wouldn't mind lower) Starting weight [this time ] was 164 weigh in week 1 = 160 weigh in week 2 = 158 weigh in week 3 = 157 weigh in week 4 = 157.5 (today)
