well this is my first day on this site hope to draw encouragement from this site but a little background on my journey. started w/w december 2004 at 218 pounds on the flex plan i am now at 184 pounds and have been here for the past month so i am going to try core to see if i can break the pause in my weight you see i say pause not stop because i still believe i can succeed i am also starting a journal today on the other thread will keep in touch

starting weight 207.4 Week 1 lost 6.4 - weight 201.0 Week 2 lost 4.0 - weight 197.0 Week 3 lost 2.0 - weight 195.0 Week 4 lost 3.4 - weight 191.6 Week 5 lost 1.6 - weight 190.0 Week 6 lost 3.4 - weight 186.6 Week 7 lost 1.8 - weight 184.8 Week 8 lost 1.2 - weight 183.6 Week 9 gain 0.2 - weight 183.8 Week 10 lost 5.0 - weight 178.8 Week 11 lost 0.8 - weight 178.0(today) So far, down 29.4 pounds
