b: same, oj 1pt L: i think i skipped lunch. ah yes i slept in. E: hand washing floor, vaccuming, running around to get the house clean for company. did that for a couple hours. D: pork, salad, beans, rice, small piece of pie. chips. yes, bad i know. i'm so over. my points this week. again.

tuesday
start of a new week. complete breakdown over the last couple weeks. no exercise. bad food choices. today is a new day.
health note: my breasts have been painful and swollen for a few days now and this morning i woke up with swollen hands and feet. it could be PMS or a result of bad eating. too much fat and sugar. i'll take note and see if it happens again. and no i'm not pregnant. i don't think. lol.
