Hi fellow core...nuts...LOL (sorry corney I know)
I have a question. I have been doing flex for a year and lost 40 lbs. I decided to do core and see if I can start losing again. I have a sneaky suspicion that I am eating too many carbs. So I am hoping this will be the answer. But first I have 2 questions: 1.) Is the non fat non flavored the only yogurt still allowed? 2.) Is think turkey lunch meat allowed?

I think this is right:
1. Yes, only plain yogurt (but I mix Splenda and fruit in mine, which, I think, is okay).
2. No processed lunch meats, but you can cook a turkey breast, slice it, a freeze what you won't eat immediately.
