Newbie here. I started core today and I have to say I struggle in the land of little carbs. I have lost 27 lbs to date and want to hit goal before vacation in early July. The past couple of months at WW have been very slooooow. So I am trying something new.
WPA 13
5/29 My first day went something like this:
Breakfast Fiber O's cereal (just realized not core so add 2 pts.) 1/2 banana ff milk
Snack grapes Progresso Southwestern Veggie Soup 94%ff popcorn
Lunch Salad with splash light balsamic vinaigrette 1/2 can tuna fish no sugar added applesauce and ff cottage cheese
Dinner Grilled tilapia Grilled veggies 2 glasses chardonnay
Hoping I didn't miscalculate but I think I used 4 pts for the vino.
5/30 My second day: Breakfast Fiber O's cereal + 2 handful o' blueberries ff milk
Snack grapes and cherries Progresso Southwestern Veggie Soup 94%ff popcorn
Lunch Salad with splash light balsamic vinaigrette (left the meat at home-oops!) no sugar added applesauce and ff cottage cheese
Dinner Chinese shrimp and veggies with brown rice Brown sauce (not sure of this)
Weight Watchers choco caramel bar. + 2
Walked 45 minutes = 2 AP

Day 3
OK so I spent like $120 on food today at TJ. Yikes. The good news is I'm excited about cooking. I made the oatmeal pancake for breakfast. Delish! Love my oatmeal!
Breakfast Oatmeal pancake spray ICBINB regular lo cal syrup (now I have SF) +1 pt
That held me over until lunch!
Lunch at Redstone Grill I decided on the rotisserie chicken (since I knew that would probably not contain any oil) salad. I got the dressing on the side and used about 2 tbl. I will add 1 pt for that, I guess.
Snack Smoothie--my first. Sooooo good. I think I am getting the hang of this Core thing.
Dinner Chicken and brown rice skillet WW chocolate bar +1 pt popcorn
45 minute brisk walk +2 AP

Day 4 Breakfast Oatmeal pancake ICINB SF syrup
Lunch/Dinner 2 sm turkey burgers 2 ww small rolls + 2 fruit ww pasta salad salad no dressing strawberries on angel food cake +4

6/2 Day 5
Breakfast Shredded Wheat (takes some getting used to, huh?) with strawberries & ff milk
Snack Fruit Carrot sticks Popcorn
Lunch Shrimp & vegetables Whole wheat pasta FF cottage cheese & no sugar applesauce
Dinner Core meatloaf Peas TJ Apple Pie + 4
Snack WW chocolate bar + 1
1/2 hr. walk at lunch 1AP 1/2 hr. run after dinner 2AP

6/3 Day 6
Breakfast Cereal ff milk
SF FF hot chocolate pumpkin muffin + 2
Fruit cup Stuffed Peppers FF cottage cheese SF applesauce
popcorn Cherries
Dinner Brown rice pasta (the worst stuff ever-taste like wallpaper paste) Homemade sauce (pretty good) TJ Turkey meatballs (great)
WW fudgesicle + 1 WW ww muffin + 1
