Hi everyone, I'm new to core today but not new to WW. Joined 1 year ago and lost 27 lbs. My goal weight is within sight but the last couple of months the weight loss has been painstakingly slow. I am trying core to jump start my body into losing the last 6lbs that need to go. Missing my little muffin and rice cakes today though!

Congratulations on losing 27 pounds!!!! Welcome to core, it's wonderful. Try making some core-n-bread or fall muffins, that may help with the carb cravings some.

Welcome Kaydee! Congratulations on your weight loss!
I have been on core for 3 months and am down 28.6 lbs. I love core and I love not counting and journaling all the time. I have a ways to go, but it hasn't been that difficult and I feel I can change my lifestyle to eat like this all the time.
I just whipped up some pumpkin muffins for breakfasts and snacks next week. Yummy!
