I found it on the BCB CORE board.........
Banana Bread Batter Smoothie by Kathy Root, Core Plan Tips Board
1 c. ff milk 2 TBL sf/ff banana pudding mix 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/8 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp. walnut extract
BLEND and then add
1 whole frozen banana, peeled
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
I use this when I am getting ice cream cravings. The bigger the banana, the thicker the mixture. A big frozen banana will make it like soft serve ice cream ....Kathy Root- the recipe creator.
WW Carol{BCB board} tried this recipe with a handful of Fiber One cereal blended in. Also suggested that if you don't have walnut extract, blend in 2 walnut halves.

I also think that diet is most important to stay healthy and also good to weight loss purpose. So, you should take a lot of care about your diet and take some exercise daily in the morning.
