Well, I thought I would give this a try. Maybe this will help me stay on track. I'm not doing bad so far, but I thought I would give this a try.
5/12/08 Breakfast Puffed rice with fresh strawberries 1 cup ff milk splenda
Lunch Vegetable soup 1 cup ff milk
Dinner Oven fried chicken using rolled oats and seasonings and canola oil Oven fried onion rings using rolled oats, egg whites & ff sour cream Corn
Snack Apple Sunkist diet orange pop
Water 6-8 oz glasses
So far, so good!

Stayed op today.
5/13/08 Breakfast 2 eggs, scrambled 2 slices high fiber low fat bread (1 pt) 1 Tblsp land o lakes light butter made with canola oil (1 pt) 1 cup ff milk
Lunch small piece of core crockpot carrot cake 1 cup ff milk
Dinner london broil(core recipe) twiced baked potato made with canadian bacon, ff cheese, chives, ff sour cream and roasted garlic corn on the cob with spray butter
Snack Watermelon
Water 6-8oz glasses
Still going strong and loving it!

I stayed op today, but I didn't get in all my fruits/vegetables. I got satisfied too fast, and couldn't eat any more without getting full.
5/14/08 Breakfast 1 cup shredded wheat 2 cups ff milk
Lunch 2 oz london broil 1 cup cherries
Dinner 4 oz lean ground beef patty 1 pt hamburger bun Oat baked onion rings
Snack Watermelon
Water 6-8 oz glasses
1 diet sunkist soda
I also did water aerobics for 1 hour today. I feel good today and didn't feel hungry at all.

Another great day op! Got my fruits/veges in today.

I have to say your menus look awesome!!! Everything looks delicious. You have put the fire under me again! Which crockpot carrot cake recipe are you using? Is it really good? ;D

The first time I made this, I did it in the crockpot and the edges got burnt before the center was done. So I decided to try it in the oven. It worked great. I used an 8x8 pan(sprayed with Pam) and baked it @350 for about an hour. Following is the original recipe.
CROCKPOT CARROT CAKE (they say serves 12 but i cut ours into 8 pieces so we could each have 1 per day to get in our 2 servings oil.)
2 eggs 1/2 c brown sugar twin 1/3 c olive oil 1 & 1/2 cups oatmeal 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 c grated carrots 1 can (14 oz) crushed pineapple--drained 1 teaspoon vanilla
beat together eggs, sugar substitute and oil. combine oats, soda, salt, and cinnamon; add to sweetner mixture and beat well. stir in carrots, pineapple, and vanilla.
place in sprayed crock pot. cover and bake on high for 2 & 1/2 to 4 hours. (i baked mine about 3 hours and it was done.)

Did alright today, but used more points. Was hungrier than normal for some reason. I still have over 20 points to last me through Monday, so I'm not worried but I don't know why I was so hungry. Maybe the shredded wheat fills me up better than the puffed rice.

Did very well today. I went to a ball game and didn't eat all the food that they sell. You know, popcorn, peanuts, hot dogs, burgers, cotton candy, icecream. It all looked good, but I brought a bag of cherries and ate those.
5/17/08 Breakfast Cottage cheese pancakes(all croe) Ground turkey sausage(I made it myself) 1/8 cup sf ff syrup(0 pts) 2 c ff milk
Lunch Wasn't hungry. Ate breakfast so late I didn't eat lunch
Dinner Marinated grilled pork loin chop garlic & rosemary mashed potatos carrots
Snacks1 c cherries 5 cups 94%ff popcorn w/2 tsp canola oil & 1 tbls light butter (1pt) diet pop
Water 6-8 oz glasses

Another good day for me. I went to see my father today and he lives about 3 miles away, so I rode my bike. I've only had my bike for a couple of weeks, so I definitely got a work out. Plus, it was very windy and I was riding against the wind most of the way there. So I went there and I went back on my bike.
Did pretty good on my eating again today.
5/18/08 Breakfast/Lunch(ate around 11:00) Weight watchers english muffin (1pt) 1 slice canadian bacon 1 egg 1 slice ff cheese
Dinner T-bone steak, trimmed (about 4 ounces of it) homemade baked french fries vidalia onion cooked in a little olive oil and water corn on the cob spray butter
Snacks No snacks today
Water 6-8 oz glasses
Weigh in is tomorrow. I don't think I did all that well, because my scale doesn't show much of a loss, but I think I ate way too much beef this week. Will cut down on that next week. Having chicken kebobs Monday for dinner.
