This week (Feb 6th) I'm going to report on three new recipes and drink half my weight in water.

My challenges this week are: 1) half my weight in water . . . except I am going to push for 7 out of 7 days. I do awesome while at work, but it's those darn weekend days where I simply forget; and 2) exercise - increase weights/reps 3x/week.

My challenges for the week:
I'm going to try 3X new-to-me fruits and veggies.
I'm going to do one of the journaling challenges. Probably the comfort zone before and after meals 'cause it's easy to not always pay so much attention to that.

Wow, the week is half over already and I haven't even thought about which challenge to do. I guess I'll skip this week and try to be a little more on the ball next week.

Well, the week is half over, but I weighed in last night (down another 1.6 woohoo)... BUT, I'm not at the brink of the 10 pound mark which has always been a real hurdle for me. And I'm starting to obsess about the scale and some level of self-doubt is creeping back in - although I love core and am enjoying it, but, boy those old habits die hard.
Anyway, I'm going to challenge myself to journal. Write down what I'm eating just to stay focused, and write each night about thoughts, feelings, etc. to work on the mindset.
