My Challenges:
1) Get "5-a-day" (4x/week) (this I consider my easier challenge)
2) Add 10 minutes a day of activity (5x/week) (this is going to be more difficult but then it wouldn't be called a challenge)

Duh - I guess I posted this in the wrong place, so I'm copying here:
Katie - I love this!
I'm in. My challenges are: 1) 5 a day; and 2) Journaling reasons why I want to lose weight.
I am choosing one that's very concrete and food-related; and the other to work on my mind.
Bye - I'm off to eat some berries!

This week, my challenges are:
I will try 3 new recipes. I only cook once or twice a week, and stock freezer and fridge with dinners.
I will add 10 minutes of activity to my daily routine.

I'm going for the journaling reasons for losing weight, and getting in my 5-a-day. Thanks for asking, as now that I've "said it outloud," that makes my committment even stronger! Adds an extra degree of accountability....

I've been out of town and just found this new addition to the site. It's fantastic! Thanks, blondie! I'm going to do the 5 veggies/fruit a day and the journaling about why I want to lose. Our WW meeting today was all about motivation and it will fit in well with that discussion. Thanks!!!!!!!!

For me this week (Feb. 6), I'm going to do the exercise (increase reps), and the food (drinking water). I may have opportunity to eat out this week, so may go for that bonus also. Thanks Kate for another great list!!
