My apologies!! I've got a long weekend, and forgot that yesterday was Sunday!
Here are your challenges for the week. You will notice some are duplicated from previous weeks. If you've already done that particular one, try a different one!
Food Try a new recipe (3x/week) Get 2 tsp of oil a day (5x/week)
Exercise Have a 10,000-step day (if you're already at 10,000, increase by 4,000) (3x/week) Add 10 minutes a day of activity (if you're not doing any, start with 10 minutes) (5x/week)
Journal Write an essay on what's held you back from weight loss in the past (1x/week) Write an essay on how you FEEL now that you've started weight loss (1x/week)
Bonus Report on recipes already posted on site (3x/week) Spend all 35 WPA's in a week (1x/week, obviously!)

Hi! I am challenging myself to the following: 2 tsp healthy oil a day (5x a week) 10 minutes of exercise a day (5x a week) I will let you know how I am progressing Aunt Bee

Well, I didnt' do so great with my challenges so far.
I reported on already posted recipes only twice this week. I got a new GF grill and was trying out soe of the recipes taht came with it.
And getting my oil in - I did better than usual but only accomplished it 3x so far not 5. I just cant make myself use the oil. I think I'm still afraid that I' use it all and then need it later in the day and will have to count points for it. I HATE counting points for oil if I can avoid using it altogether. This is something I'm going to have to work through.
