The site says WW Pasta or Brown Rice or Potato is limited to one meal a day.... is it one of the three once a day, or can you have rice and pasta in the same day.. sorry for being a linguist.

Can you have a potato along with brown rice in a single meal, or can it only be ONE of those in ONE meal?
For instance... Say I was having a potato with a ground beef/tomato/pepper/brown rice topping on it... What would I count, or is it still core since it's the same meal?

Lilanne - one of the three once a day!  I wouldn't have a potato if the beef mixture had brown rice on top or mixed in. Just mix a little more brown rice in, have more veggies and it's completely Core! If you have the potato and the beef/rice mixture, you will have to count points for the potato. |
