I'm new to this site and love it. It's actually addictive. I lurked around for a couple of months and have been looking around to the other links you have listed. I'm guessing it is a very slow time during the summer. Looking forward to when it gets busy here again. I did flex 3-4 years ago and lost 25 lbs and 20 crept back up on me. I decided to try core and am loving it. I can see living this way for a new lifestyle and getting lots of support from here. I tried checking out the W.W. boards and I felt like I was in the middle of a cat fight. Do those people really think it's helping someone to be that way?? Once again thanks to all for everything you have contributed to make this site such a pleasure to be part of. Each week at my meetings I'm telling someone to check out this site. I hope they find it as useful as me.
