I just wanted to say "hi" and let you all know that I a newbie here and proud of it! I joined WW 2 weeks ago and have my first WI since I started on Monday evening (no WI last week because of the holdiay) Anyway, I sarted on flex but switched to core after a week of being terribly hungry and unsatisfied. I am ready to do this! I really want to be down as much as possible by next June when my oldest daughter graduates from high school! I hope to get to know you all better and contribute as much as I can to this board, thanks for havin me!

Hi Lara, Im an old newbie. Joined ww so many times , for so many years. It works and the Core diet is the best. I have a daughter in 11th grade and she is a health nut. My whole family is on the core diet. Today was our first real day and we all are doing well. If I can make it to bedtime with out a sugar attack, I'll be so happy. I lost 25# last year and gained it all back. Welcome to Kippys Core-ner. Gadfly

Gadfly: I have an 11th grader also! She is just getting into the whole stay in shape/health nut stage. We are all doing the core diet too. Beth: I would like to join! Sounds great!
I went for my 2nd WI tonight and lost 2 lbs so far! I'm proud of me!
