I love core and lost 36 pounds doing it. Here is the bad news. I have gained all but 10 pounds back. It's not like I met goal or anywhere near it. I have a lot of wait to lose, about 80-90 pounds. I have deceided to join WW for about the millionith time! I am so disappointed in myself, I seem to lose and regain the same 30 pounds over & over. I will join either today or tomorrow, depending on which meeting I can get to in time. Regardless, core starts today! I'll let ya know how it goes, I am feeling very down right now.

Hang in there, Shoregirl -- the important thing is you are BACK and it sounds like with a vengeance! Good for you! Slow and steady wins the race so don't set any timelines for yourself, just get back on Core and take it from there, one meal at a time. Kippy's is a great site with lots of inspiration and support. Join our summer challenge, start a journal, be sure to hang around when you can, you will meet lots of great people here. Welcome back to WW!

Hi Cathy! You are so encouraging and I really need that. I did join a WW meeting on Tuesday and I am glad I did. The scale was very mean to me, but that is OK. I have been very CORE since Tuesday. Friday I will be slightly challenged, I am going on a field trip to Busch Gardens with my son. I packed my lunch and have CORE snacks ready. I have a few non-CORE snacks that are 1-2 points. I will let you know how the first weigh-in goes.

I am back again Too! Always a Newbie...I can identify with you. No excuse for my on again..off again behavior. I lost 25# with Core last year and it's all back. Core works and its the best way to lose weight for me and my diabetic husband. (He lost 12# last year). I am from a small town in PA and we have a ww center open 6 days a week. I chose Monday's. I am addicted to sugar and having a terrible time killing the sugar bug. I am hoping to get some reinforcement and really need to get ahold of my runaway choices. After supper snacking is what is killing me. Gadfly

You can do it, Gadfly! You're not really a "newbie" LOL you know the ropes and this time is for you to meet your goal! Remember this is not a diet, it's an eating plan for life, you never stop WW. Good for you for coming back again!
There is a lot of support here, join our summer challenge, check out the recipes...you're on your way!

Hey Girliepurple! I weigh in Wednesday. I am not weighing myself at home, I will drive myself crazy getting on & off that scale a million times a day. I feel pretty good. I am cooking a lot of core stuff & remembering how good it all is. No big challenges yet. I will check in on Wednesday hopefully with good news! I think I might start journaling here.

First weigh in today, 5.6 pounds lost!!!!! I know a lot of it is water but it still changes the number on the scale !!!! ;D
