I know some foods are limited to once daily but what about meat and that type of thing. If they are listed on the Core Food list and are not specified as limited to once daily can have them until satisfied. I'm trying to do Core on my own so please forgive me if this is a stupid question.

Ground beef with no more than 7% fat or ground turkey or ground chicken is limited to one meal a day.
Other meats, if they are on the list, are as many times a day - until satisfied. Choose visible lean cuts and trim any excess fat. At the meat case look for cuts from the "loin," "round," and "leg."
Processed meats such as deli products and hot dogs are not Core Foods.
