Hi hi! I'm on the other board very occasionally but tend to call this home. Not only are the Core-ner folk wonderfully friendly and welcoming, but the threads don't disappear as quickly.  I'm glad you stopped by and look forward to getting to know you. How long have you been on core? |

As the WW core board deteriorates, I expect to see more regulars from there show up here  The heart and soul of this board is the challenges and the active journals, be sure to check out the 20 MOST RECENT POSTS, a link at the bottom of the main page. It will bring you to the last 20 posts made. Some days this board doesn't get more than 20, so in just one visit you can catch up on all new posts WELCOME! |

Thanks for the tips and welcome.
I've been actively doing core for 7 weeks, but tried it on my own for 4 weeks before then. I LOVE the program!! I"m down about 8 punds in 7 weeks which is slow but steady. I'll take it because it's consistant.

Hi flub!
I'm new here too and new to core just last week. My first WI is tomorrow and I have resisted the scales at home. I read a little of the ww boards, too, but this one is just a little more manageable for me right now.
I'm in Indy, where are you? I'm looking for the best meetings. Have only been to one so far.

I am new to the board but not to Core. I am at goal and getting board. I'm looking for some great Core crockpot recipes (we eat anything but beans!). Any ideas?
