Hey all. I signed up for WW beginning of march 2006. I've noticed that I've been trying to stay away from processed foods while on the WW flex plan and I'd like to stay that way. so I've switched to core.
To me, I've just been doing core all along since veggies and some fruits are zero points anyway. It's just actively deciding that I don't need to eat rice a roni for every meal that is the change for me.
Core is interesting, to say the least, but I enjoy not having to find the points value of things.
Can anyone tell me if a flour tortilla is core?

It is not. No bread products are, as part of core's design is to keep us away from things we can eat to excess without a lot of bulk in them.
However, a flour tortilla is only 1 or 2 pts, right? Not a bad choice for your WPAs. Good luck and happy core-ing!

that's correct. The tortillas I buy are 2 points each and can easily be added to my WPA.
