Just wanted to stop in and say hi. ;D I started Core today after having continued problems w/ bingeing on Flex. I know that Core is NOT a magic bullet, but I hope that by avoiding my trigger foods, and being able to eat to satisfaction, that I'll find some stability with my eating. Welcome. You are rigiht Core is not a magic bullet, but in my opinion it is the most freeing plan I have ever been on. You get to choose how you eat and still be in control, without feeling like you are on a diet. Good luck and I look forward to hearing more from you.

Hello. I am new to Core but not to WW as I've been on the Flex program since Dec. 1 2005.
The transition from Flex to Core has been difficult for me and I am hoping that someone can help.
I would like advice on the menu I have eaten today. I do check to see if each food is a Core one or if I need to use my WFP.
If one of you would take a look at my foods from today and let me know if you think its healthy as well as one that would fit into the Core program.

B - 1c. Cream of Wheat cereal made with water Brown sugar Sugar Twin fresh sliced peaches
S - banana
L - WW cabbage soup from Week 1 booklet hard boiled egg
D - 2 slices lean roast beef roasted potato roasted carrots all done in a Slow Cooker sliced pickled beets coleslaw with oil/vinegar dressing (1/4 c. of each for 1/3 of a head of cabbage) diet Jello
S- 1c. Fat Free plain yougurt sliced strawberries Spenda
Gosh when you write it all down it does look like I eat a lot!
If my menus don't vary too much from this type of meal planning. will I be successful in losing some weight?
