The NO Excuses Pledge
NO emotion. NO event. NO party. NO holiday. NO family member. NO friend. NO co- worker…
Will keep me from my goal of being healthier, thinner, and easier to get around, a vibrant part of the living world.
NOTHING, NO EXCUSES THIS TIME!
Each day of wavering just a bit, will take me one day further from this goal…therefore I will myself NOT to let it happen!
Today I will have NO EXCUSES!

It is a good pledge to help keep us focused!
It's been on the WW 200+ message boards and that is where I found it originally.
I am so good at the excuses, and this helps me remember not to do that!
Glad it is a help to you too!

VERY INSPIRING! I read this the other day after posting "need some thinspiration".
last night I told myself YOU WILL START EXERCISING again - you will start in the morning! I used to easily do up to 2 exercise sessions a day - and just quit cold turkey last year.
well...got up. laid in bed "oh, if I just wait here..I won't have time to do it AND get ready for work"....Then I slapped myself and said NO EXCUSES!
I started with 20 sit-ups, 20 leg lifts, and 20 (girl) push-ups. By Monday- I start the morning work-out with Denise Austin. ;D

good job tammy. So much of the time just making the decision and sticking to it is such a big step. Congratulations on making the decision. You can do it...
