Tomorrow morning I must arrive at the station at 6 AM sharp! That's pretty darn early if you ask me! But I'll be on LIVE TV! My WW leader and I are talking about the Freshmen 15 and since I'm in school I get to go too. I hope all goes well! It's a local station, so you guys wouldn't be able to watch. So sorry. Just thought I'd tell people! I'm SOO excited!

Congratulations and good luck! Sounds like fun. You will be surprised at how many people will watch and recognize you and talk to you about it later.
Ask the TV station if you can get a copy of the tape of the interview or story. They might charge a few dollars, but it's worth it to have a professionally made copy.
Three years ago, I was interviewed by local TV as a "Weight Loss Expert." It was just a coincidence that I was at the WW center getting ready to lead a meeting (as a sub leader), when the TV station called and asked to get an interview. My manager volunteered me. No rehearsal, no plan or anything, but it went well.
Have fun. I'm sure you will do great. Becky

Well, besides the fact of leaving my apartment before the sun came up, all went well. I only had one weird segment in which I lost my train of thought, but I played it off fairly well. It was really neat to see how the studio was designed and how spazzy they were when the cameras weren't on!

That's so exciting!
If the TV station has a website the video might be available through that. If so please post the link so we can all admire you!
