hello,
I was wondering if any of you know what the requirements are to be a WW leader. Also wondering about the salary and benefits.

In my area, you need to be a Lifetime member at goal (or close to it). You also need to work initially as a receptionist/weigher so that you understand all the functions in a meeting room. Pay is not great -- a little more than minimum wage, plus a % based on attendance, and a commission of product sales. You also can get some mileage reimbursed for driving to trainings, multiple meetings in a day, etc. There are discounts on WW products for employees, and sundry other little benefits. If you work full-time or close to it, I believe it's possible to have health insurance. The company is also great if you only want to work part time (even veeeery part time, like one meeting a week).

It sounds like fun to me! I'd like to do a meeting a week--especially back in my hometown. Quite a drive for a once a week meeting though. I'm hoping that once my mother gets to goal she'll try to pursue it. As it is now, they have 1 meeting a week and over 100 people there. Yuck! No fun.
