I'm pretty close to the minimum for my height, and don't want to lose anymore. Currently, I'm up to 77 WPAs a week. My current plan is to "reserve" 4-5 WPAs each day and have added another "good" fat serving (1 oz of nuts or 2 tbls. of nut butters, or 1 tbls. of good oil). I also use rf cheese instead of soy or ff cheese. But, I'm still looking for additional ideas on how to incorporate them all.
How are you using your WPAs? What has been working for you to stop/slow down the losses?

I chose a goal weight at the top of my range figuring I would lose a bit more after reaching lifetime, which I have. I have been eating pretty much the same things now as I have all along. But at this point I can't imagine ever having the problem you are having! I feel like my body will find its own setpoint and if I continue to eat until satisfied I will find my own balance. I've been Lifetime all of 3 weeks so it's sort of trial and error right now. Time will tell.

i'm trying to slow my losses now, but not stop them yet. I rarely used more than 10 WPAs in a week, so the idea of using the 63 they allow is foreign to me.
I have added a few pieces of multigrain bread, a couple servings of nuts, LF cheese, Kashi go lean crunch, dried fruit, plus increased my use of Core items like oil, avocado, and olives.
So not sure that's helpful to you, but I am inclined to just increase higher fat Core foods, and add back a few things that are not Core but are very healthy.

I think Julie just gave great ideas there. There have been a couple of occasions where I've been a little lower than I've actually wanted to be, usually because of stress, and my face really thins out and I look awful. In fact, about 5 months after I first made lifetime, I went down 6-7 pounds below goal, and I stopped going to meetings because I was embarrassed to weigh-in.
What I would do if I was in your situation would be to slowly continue to increase the WPAs while continuing weekly weigh-ins so that that you have a really good handle on the number of extra points you need to remain relatively stable, i.e., within 2 pounds either way. And do it the way Julie suggested -- by eating healthy foods with a slightly higher fat content. It may take some time, but you will figure it out.

Yes, I suppose there will be a period of getting my body to stabalize like on Flex. I hope to figure it out soon - I don't have much wiggle room. I lost again this week. I'm now 2 pounds under the minimum for my height and about 12 under my personal goal.
I did figure out how to maintain on flex, its just a matter of translating it to Core. On flex, I needed about 40-50 points a day to remain stable. I will go back and look at some flex journals from the maintenance weeks and figure out more ways to include the WPAs into daily menus.

Wow! If you're under range you really should work on adding in healthy calories! Eat larger portions of meat and cheese, eat nuts, peanut butter, avocado, cook with more oil, etc. You're apparently a lot taller than me---I weigh just a few pounds more than you do but I am near the top end of my range. I'm still losing, but I have plenty of room to do so. Stay healthy!

Yes, I do hope it starts to level soon. I've been basically upping the points and using much more oil, nuts, and other items in my receipes.
I have 105 WPAs now. Even the ol' Points Pad on the WW site, didn't think that was a valid "allowance" number (only goes up to 99).

wow....enjoy being able to maintain on such a high level....it is really different for everyone, but that is great that you can use some many WPA's... I bet you are really active. CONGRATS on your success.

If it's that hard to stop losing and if you are eating enough food, perhaps there is a medical issue. It probably wouldn't hurt to see a doctor about a possible thyroid problem or something.
Try journaling for a few weeks to see just what you're eating. It might not be enough. If it does show you've been eating enough, you can bring it to show the Dr. if you go.

You know, I really have to agree with the last post by CoreIsCool about checking with your doctor and asking about thyroid issues. Thyroid problems are extremely common in women -- I've read that thyroid issues affect one in every three women.

My thyroid levels were fine last month when I went in for blood tests.
I think I'm finally getting the losses to stop at around 105 WPAs a week.
