these are all the rage on some message boards and blogs. You do have to upload them to a hosting site because the creators don't want you to steal their bandwidth. They may be fun to put as your sig line instead of a weight tracker. Here is an example:

to put the blinkie in your sig box go to your profile (link at top) and put this in your signature box [ img ] home.ripway.com/2005-1/236177/Blinkie16.gif [/img ] don't use any spaces!or put the blinkie in your personal picture box without the [ img ] or the [ /img ] also change the width to 100
