Excellent! Let us know how you like them! I'm waiting anxiously for Leslie Sansone's new 5 mile walk (it's a 70 minute workout) to be available. You can preview it on collagevideo.com, if you're interested. It uses some resistance equipment (stretchy band, light hand weights, etc) to work the upper body, and she has a 10 minute mile and 2 12 minute miles in the walk! It looks challenging! I'm a fan of her WATP workouts (the 4 mile Express is still one of my favorite workouts, even after doing it for 2 years). I suppose I'll have to shell out the $$ for a post-holiday treat for myself!!

I also am waiting for the WATP 5 mile dvd. I even called her website and asked when it was coming out, they said not for a couple more weeks.
Did you know she is going to be on QVC tomorrow?

I ordered the new 5 mile WATP and LOVE it!!
It has a choice of doing the individual miles or doing the whole tape. They are actually divided up and have a few seconds in between if you do the whole 5 miles.
Mile 1: 14 minutes using the 2 pound weights Mile 2: 10 minutes Walk/Jog mile Mile 3: uses the Walk Belt Mile 4: 12 minutes mile--fast "walk like a runner" mile Mile 5: 12 minutes using a stretchy At the end it has a segment for stretching
It also shows her meal plans for a week at the end.
