Already nighty-night time, and no one's started this thread, so I'll jump on in... I had a 1-hour, lake-side, power walk with a friend. For part of it I grabbed some heavy rocks (maybe 2 lbs ea) and pumped my arms. I told my friend all about Core, and she said, "now that's something I think I could do." She's also going to make Core potato croquets (did I spell that right?) for my birthday party. I'll post the recipe if they're yummy, which they're sure to be. I know more of you excercised today...do tell! -Karen

I got in 30 minutes on treadmill, doing walk/jog intervals, then about 40 minutes of lower body strength training. I'm still sore from shoveling snow and digging out stuck cars. We're happy to see the sun...
