I am not very good with measurements but here goes
2 cloves garlic minced 3 tsp EVOL large bunch of basil 1 serving of WW angel hair pasta Cooked and warm half a bunch of chard ~1/3 cup FF plain yogurt 1 tsp Parmesan
boil the chard for 5 minutes and remove from water
sautee the garlic and chard in EVOL until the garlic releases it's flavor, stirr in basil and add warm pasta and stirr through, add yogurt and stir until heated all through . Add Parmesan and serve. Salt and pepper to taste

Can't wait to make this! Parmesian counts as points, so I might try to substitue ff mozarella and/or feta.
Thanks for the recipe.

"Parmesian counts as points" true but it is zero points if it is less that 3 tsp or 1 TBS.
1-2 tsp = 0 points and I find Parmesan adds a lot of flavor with just a small amount. But it may be good with FF Mozarella or Feta too.

Thanks for the recipe. Parmesan has such a distinct flavor, that I'm not sure substitutes would work as well. Feta would be your best option, but I'm not sure mozarella would. Plus, 1 tsp would zero points, as cydkitty mentioned. Have you tried soy parmesan? It's pretty good - has a good, sharp flavor.

Oooh, thanks for pointing this out. I had checked the Complete Food Companion where it said it wasn't core. On closer examination, it's 1 pt for 2 tablespoons so that totally makes sense, thank you!
