and other meat replacements out there that you have tried and are core.
There is a vast difference between burgers I think, and I would love a list of what you all recommend.
Thanks
I do a lot with plain tvp mixed into stuff and build my own from scratch.

I'm all over Boca burgers. I have one almost every day! If you cook it a little longer on both sides then it gets brown and crispy. I put a ff cheese slice on top toward the end and have it just like that.
I really like Garden Burgers, but they're a totally different creature. Less "meat-like." I haven't heard a definitive answer on whether they're core or not, either.
Nature's Burger comes in a dried mix and so makes quite a crunchy burger (and taco replacement, etc.). TVP doesn't always sit well with me, so I tend to avoid it. Happy burger eating!

I like Gardenbugers Garden Vegan and Morningstar Farms Garden Veggie Patties. Dr. Praeger's burgers original or regular (can't remember the exact name of the variety) are good too, but a bit greasy. For crumbles, I've been using LightLife Smart Ground.
I really don't care for Bocas. They're too rubbery or something.
