I have 6 of the WW cookbooks that I bought while doing flex, and they are fairly new.
I would love a place where people could post when they come across a Core recipe in an old cookbook. They could use the page number and maybe any substitutions it may have taken to make it core.
For example,
In the "Take 5" cookbook on page 116, there is a recipe for Balsamic Chicken with Carmalized Onions. I am substituting the butter for olive oil. That will make it Core.
I know that in the Quick and Easy cookbook, several of those recipes are Core. Someone a long time ago on the WW board took the time to earmark all those Core recipes in the books. Maybe by having a place just for that, we can have more ideas for Core recipes??

Yum! Just finished dinner and it was really good. I substitued 1 T and 1 tsp. of olive oil for the butter and served it with WW thin spaghetti. I would make this again.

I like the idea, but I think it might be a good thread in the cookbook and websites section rather than a new board ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) You can ask Tina to pin it to the top.

Your wish is my command! ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) There was a list of core recipes in other WW books started by LUV2CORE. It's been "stickied" to the top. Feel free to add to it. I've also stuck Pookie's links to WW articles to the top. What is your opinion on the unofficial core list?
