I go to a business dinner once a month and the lightest thing on the menu I think is the pizza. How shall I describe it. The pizza is a small to medium pan and I eat the whole thing. THe crust is CRACKER THIN. I mean really, really thin. Then there is a sprinkling of cheese and smoked salmon on it with some capers. It is like eating one giant hors doeuvres.
But I never know how many WP's to give up for this thing. It is NOT cheesy, NOT doughy, very much a grown up pizza a lady would eat.
