This weekend I'm going to visit my grandfather, his wife, and my father and his wife. I have to cook for them in order to eat healthy. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not calling WW foods not normal, however, those that I'll be with aren't used to eating WW type foods. I need a few meal ideas for the weekend that we could eat and that would be easy for me to fix without much hassle. The fewer the ingredients, the better, but I can work around that.

What about simple things like baked chicken and veggies?

Pot roast. It's my father's favorite meal that I cook, and it's especially easy to do in the crockpot.
Beyond that, grill some burgers or chicken breasts, have a nice potato salad and a green salad.
WW spaghetti is a big hit with my extended family, and no one realized it was different until my mother asked how I could it this.
"Fried" fish is also a big hit, if your family likes fish -- dip the fish in egg whites, then drege it through seasoned cornmeal, then bake for 15-20 minutes.

Grilled flank steak. It's good with just salt and pepper if they don't like things like garlic or chili powder. It's how I get my steak fix these days.
