Hey all! Just wondering if anyone has a decent recipe for a core cheeseball? Don't know if it's possible, but I figured if it was, someone here would probably know how to put it together! Thanks!

Aren't those usually made with cream cheese and nuts? At least, the one that my mother always made was.
I guess I'm not very creative, because I can't think of any way to change that into Core.

You could make some yogurt cheese and use it instead of cream cheese, use fat free cheddar, and coat it with chopped parsley instead of nuts. But my mental taste buds are telling me that it won't be very good.
Pre-Core I made a cheeseball using ff cream cheese and reduced fat cheddar, thinking that I could mask the cream cheese with Worcestershire sauce and other seasonings. But no one really liked it. I can't imagine that a yogurt-ff cheddar version would be better.

Or you can use Laughing Cow Light instead of cream cheese.
