Ok I am going to give this a try!
Breakfast: Oatmeal, ff milk, strawberries, coffee w/splenda & ffmilk
Lunch: grilled chicken salad w/black bean & corn salsa, ff honey mustard dressing, water.
Snack: ff cottage cheese w/strawberries
Dinner: broiled pork chop, oven potatoes & baby carrots, diet lime coke. Oh, I almost forgot, 2 small seven grain rolls w/spray butter.(1 point each)
a few small glasses of water during the day, I know I have to work on this.
I am baking pumpkin muffins for tomorrows breakfast, I might have to try a little piece before I call it a night!
Yep, I tried one. Very good!!

Thanks Sulee! Sorry to hear you are "landlocked"! I don't know what I would do, trying to get to the NJ shore this weekend. It is Heritage Days, it's a flee market/bazaar type event that is bayside.

Breakfast: Pumpkin muffin or 2, banana, ff sf vanilla latte.
Lunch: brought from home, Meatballs & shells stew(lean meatballs w/diced tomatoes, onions & ww shells all boiled together in broth. Fresh fruit cup
snack: cottage cheese w/mixed berries
Dinner: not sure, maybe left over pork chops? Sauted red & green pepper,onion in olive oil then sliced up left over pork chops, served over a little brown rice.
snack: weight watchers ice cream cup (2pts)
munched on a little core granola.

Breakfast: ff pl yogurt w/ff sf vanilla pudding powder mixed in, blueberries & core granola. coffee w/splenda & ff milk lunch: meatballs & shells, small salad w/ff honey mustard dinner: I am planning on crockpot mac & cheese (I know I am not supposed to have pasta more than once a day, but, it's my first week back and I am hungry!!!) Dinner was mac & cheese, about 4oz steak.

Not a perfect day!
Breakfast: coffee w/splenda & 1/2 &1/2, eggs w/ green pepper, onion & musrooms, reg cheese. 2 slices ww toast 1 tsp. butter, water. (Hubby wanted to go to Cracker Barrel, I tried!!!)
Lunch: Tuna salad made with lt mayo & celery on ww bread, baked chips, grapes, water.
snack: 1/2 c lt ice cream
Dinner: core swiss steak w/onions, carrots & mushrooms, oven potatoes & corn on the cob.

Hey, shoregirl! How are ya?
I got my polenta breakfast recipe from the WW boards, here is how I do it:
Put 1/4 cup cornmeal in a large bowl. Slowly add 1 cup of water and stir. Microwave for 2 minutes. Then, stir with a fork to mix well, add a slice of ff cheese (break into strips first, or simply add a bit of shredded ff cheese if you prefer). Stir well and microwave for another minute.
As polenta cools, I cook 2 eggs over easy and plop on top of polenta to eat!
It's really good!

Lunch: I think it will be tuna patties over some greens?Just Had the tuna patties(delicious! I added a little Old Bay) Didn't have any greens w/lunch
Dinner: Left over pasta fagioliand small salad w/ ff honey mustard dressing
Snack: WW Giant Cookies & Cream Bar (2pts.)

Lunch: patty melt(96% ground beef patty, ff cheese, sauteed onions on 1pt bread.) ff sf chocolate pudding
Dinner: Pasta fagioli
Snack: ww cookies & cream bar, a banana

Breakfast: Oatmeal w/applesauce, fresh fruit, coffee W/ ff milk & splenda.At least half of my oatmeal boiled over in the microwave!!! I was at work so that was all I had with me. Mixed in my applesauce and ate the fresh fruit cup & coffee.[/color] Lunch: A little worried about lunch & dinner. I will be at a meeting and won't have time to eat lunch, so I might have to grab something quick(that's never good!) As for dinner, I will probably eat out.
Well, I had good reason to be worried!!
This is how it went: Lunch: NOTHING!!!!!!
Snack: 2 cookies, a few chips w/a little salsa, pineapple & melon chunks w/ a few huge raspberries and strawberries.
Dinner: Went to a Cuban restaurant. Palomilla steak(grilled thin steak in a mojo sauce) & onions, black beans, small amount of white rice, 3 sweet plantains, 1 ham croquette, 1 great mojito!!
Then went to Rita's and had a small chocolate gelati.

Today is a new day!!!! Yesterday is gone!!
Breakfast: 1 egg over easy w/polenta & ff cheese. Coffee w/ff milk & splenda.
Lunch: Not sure yet.ff yogurt w/a little ff sf lemon jello powder mixed in, a few honey wheat stick pretzels.
Later in the day: 1 sweet Italian sausage(bad!)
Dinner: Plan on making Bourbon Chicken w/ brown rice. Made the Bourbon Chicken, all I can say is awesome!!!!!! Also made some "inside out egg roll and served it all over brown rice and pineapple chunks.
Snack: ww cookies & cream bar

Lunch: Going to a baby shower. I am concerned that there will many non-core foods. I will try to survivie!

Yea, the weekend was not real good! Ate things at the baby shower I shouldn't have. Then on Sunday, we were at a baseball tourney all day. Oh well, I will keep trying. Breakfast: coffee w/ff milk & splenda, 1 egg w/ff cheese & canadian bacon on 1 pt ww roll. I am planning on making something Mexican today, not sure, maybe some Mexican fiesta salad and some othe core stuff.

snack: ff plain yogurt mixed w/splenda & SF raspberry syrup
Lunch: grilled hamburger patty, corn w/butter spray, pickles, red onion, ketchup & mustard, watermelon.
Dinner: not sure yet, could be at a baseball game if it doesn't rain, then dinner out?Ended up at Outback: House salad w/ff tangy tomato dressing, grilled chicken w/ BBQ sauce on the side & green beans snack: banana bread batter smoothie(maybe)Didn't get to try this yet. Had 1 scoop 1/2 fat light breyers ice cream
