I want to see the pictures of you dancing!!! ;D
Did you figure out how to do it yet?! You have to start an album on Photobucket.com or some other image place, download the pics to there and then it gives you the image computer language, copy and paste into Kippy's. Did I make it sound too confusing, LOL? If I can do it anyone can.
Hope to see the pics soon!

Thanks so much, Cathy, for the technical wisdom. I'll give it whirl next week when i get back from your neck of the woods. I'm heading to NYC to see my fam and to dance and feel like i'm somewhere that i truly belong! I LOVE that city!
yesterday i was munchie-girl ... poor planning meant a few pretzels for lunch.... but other than that i stayed pretty true to the course. i actually made it to the rec center and did 30 minutes on the elliptical. boy is that dull!
Today i have a long active day --2 dance classes and a yoga class-- so i'll be packing soup and an asian pear and hope to have time to get to the veggie wrap resto too.
I'm aware that l haven't been journaling what i eat and i don't know if that is good or bad right now. we'll see what the scale says friday. sometimes i think it really helps me to keep on track and other times i worry that i'm getting too compulsive.

Thanks for the wonderful note in my journal. You are so sweet. Being back at work felt really good. I like routine. I even got to work before the boss lol. My job is very social, so being at work is usually lots of fun, and I work with a great group of women. I look forward to seeing your pictures. Enjoy your trip back home. Katie

well i lost 1.4, which i had gained last week. ok so i only need to lose 2.2 to reach my 5 pound october goal. c'mon! doitdoitdoitdoitdodit
i'll be dancing s-m-t in ny and walking at least 4 miles a day, usually more like 6, plus i really do eat beautifully (read, light and core-ishly) all day in anticipation of another type of beautiful meal at night (read, delicious food and wine and not usually core).
here's to a great weekend and good core vibes to us all!

It's so hard to leave a place you love, but I'm glad that you can get back to visit now and then. Hope the rest of your trip home was uneventful. Looking forward to your pictures. Take care Katie

*giggle*
You have just given me an entirely new outlook on luggage! I always try to bring next to nothing to avoid "the lug." This winter, maybe I will just take a few pairs of shoes and other heavier things--and think of it as exercise! ;D
I do hope you get home safely--looking forward to your WI news!

alas all the schlepping of my luggage did not counteract all the crap i ate at the airport! boredom-anxiety-irritation is not a good combination for my self-control gene to battle! oh well, i already see a shift in my eating and my weight this week. let's hope the trend is real and friday has me posting a loss.
i have to say it... i get indignant when i see skinny, fried-cheese-and-frito-eating couch potatoes. ok, it's out there... i can move on!
busy nutty week at work... 2 big projects with my choreography students so lots of extra time at their rehearsals and making plans with them; a company from out of the area is here and i'm very involved in hosting and presenting them; i'm on a grants panel for another state so need to watch and assess almost 20 tapes of dance and performance art; not to mention all my own choreography and the work i'm in myself. AND it's advising week! thank god i love my work so when it gets mad like this i don't feel terrible... just too busy.
'kay...guess i'm done complaining for the day!

Oh I am SO with you on that one! Normally I'm fine, but I've had a week of envying skinny people with huge sandwiches and fries and plates of...well...you get the idea. Moving on--right! Wishing you a great weekend.
