L - one small piece leftover steak (very small), one half avocado, two roma tomatoes, baby carrots and green olives.

Happy Weekend!!
DH made breakfast this morning. We had potatoes (pts) with onion, peppers, eggs, and .5 pt. parmesan cheese. It was delicious, worth the points and a nice weekend treat. We also had a fresh pear, which was really good. Must be pear season!
L: Chicken pitas (pts) with black beans, corn and onions.
S:
D: Rotisserie chicken and brown rice, cooked with chicken broth and mixed veggies.
S: Pudding and a fruit of some sort.
Tomorrow we are having a late brunch with my mom, sister and grandmother. I am off to peruse their menu and see what I can choose from. I am then hitting the grocery store because we ran out of milk yesterday morning, and for once in my life, I care! (I am not a milk fan, but have to meet those healthy guidelines!) Have a great day, all!

Good morning and Happy Mother's Day to all mothers! This morning was my weigh-in and I am down three pounds!! Whoo-hoo!! What a wonderful way to start Mother's Day!! We are meeting my family for brunch at 12, and the restaurant is not particularly accomodating to substitutions, but today is our first day of the week, so we will just eat as well as we can and use what points we need to. This afternoon we are having dinner at my sister-in-law's house. She is grilling hot dogs, so we bought turkey breast hot dogs (1 pt) and light buns (also 1 pt.) and are taking a big green salad and cut up fruit. Hopefully that will be enough to keep us away from anything bad. So...looking for it to be a good day! Enjoy your day, everyone!!
