I am back -
I have eaten everything there is to eat. Nothing new to try, so I'm back where I belong. I have my first meeting in 8 months tomorrow at 8:30 AM.
Today- shredded wheat and Bran + skim banana
grilled chicken over salad 1 point of RF cheese
pear
whole wheat chili mac - Core + 2 pts for cheese
1 beer - 2 pts
5 points of WPA, drank lots of water
Tomorrow will be the real challenge - we are having drinks and then dinner with 3 other couples at a hotel famous for its lavish buffet. I will use some points for alcohol (rum and diet coke) but not so much that I eat without thinking and try to stick with the shrimp cocktail and the many delish veggies they have. They have vegetarian and vegan entrees that are simple and probably legal, they also have chocolate dipped strawberries and creme brulee... I'll be strong
no exercise today and tomorrow will be non-stop with the kids, maybe I'll get up at 7 and walk -
