Monday, August 1 - Back for School for Real Weight 132.5 Breakfast - Shredded wheat and milk Snack - Lunch - Grilled chicken salad w/cheese 2 pts. & almonds 2 pts.Snack - Lemon pie, 1/2 small slice 3 pts.Dinner - Grilled chicken, boiled potatoes Snack - Wine 4 pts. wheat thins 2 pts. cheese 2 pts. popcorn WPAs - 15 WPAs Left - 20 + 28 Reflections - These next two weeks before the students actually come back to school will be full of challenges. Lunch out or lunch brought in will be an issue each day. I can do it.

Reflections - Yesterday was one of the hardest days I've had on core. Just didn't do well...no reason. Today's weight is higher than I've been in months.
Resolve: To eat only core foods today! (Almost made it.)

I depart for Hawaii at 7:05 AM on August 15. I can't WAIT. I mean, planning a wedding has certainly been...an experience. But enough already. Let's party!! hahaha
Transition can be very hard on "lifestyle." Especially when it's vacation to work. Such a different mindset -- but I think you'll be on the core bandwagon before you know it. Just takes some adjustment time.
