News/Updates It's tough to get back in the journaling habit after such a long vacation! I've meant to do it for the past two days and just haven't gotten around to it. I'll give it a go today though. I'm doing flex until I use up the non-core items in my house.
Breakfast Shredded Wheat n Bran (3) 1/2C Skim Milk (1) Coffee w/ H&H (1)
Snack Coffee w/ H&H (1)
Lunch Subway: Turkey Deli Sandwich w/ Cheese (5)
Dinner Chinese Buffet - Pre-planned social event; couldn't get out of it! Fortunately, I didn't like most of what was there, so I stuck to beef & broccoli, sushi and water. A few random bites and tastes of things when I didn't know what they were, all of which I didn't like! (Dim sum, some custardy egg thing, coconut shrimp, noodles & shrimp, and a couple more i can't remember)
I'd say I made it out of the whole ordeal using fewer than the 15pts I had left for the day.

News/Updates Yuck. It has started here. The snow has arrived. Yuck yuck yuck. I hate snow. I have my whole life. I SO live in the wrong climate!!

Snack Tea
Lunch OG Soup Salad & Breadsticks - 1.5 bowls Pasta Fagiole soup (3) - 2 Breadsticks (6) - 2 plates of salad w/ very very little light dressing (1) - 2 tuscan bread medallions w/ mozzarella fonduta.(4?) - 2 big glasses of water (0) - 1 cup coffee (0) Total = 14pts
Dinner

Turns out I set myself up for failure when I decided that I would start journaling again in the last week before final exams! Haha I haven't even had time to log on, let alone post updates!! But the good news is that I lost 2lbs last week. Only 2 more to go to get back where I was before I took my 2 month vacation. I've needed the flexibility of flex because I don't have time to prep meals at home - too much studying to do. But I've been doing OK with it, and am looking forward to getting back to core when things settle down after the holidays. Not sure when I'll be on next, but I'm being good - even though I'm not posting! ;D

Hi Chris... It was so great to have a message from you on my journal page. I haven't been keeping up my journal lately and I think it's been good to take a break from it.
I have been gung-ho on the challenge board, however. And that has been a fun support group.
I sure have missed you too. Glad you're back.
Hope your exams go great. And good for you putting up that exercise room!
I lost 2.8 lbs. this last week! I'm so pumped. You know how hard it's been for me to lose anything!
