odd day for me...I'm usually much more vegetable intense...

That happens sometimes. There are days I eat tons of fruit and veggies and others I can barely work them in. Just try to get at least the 5 and it will all even out.

B: grits, 1egg+2eggwhites, coffee L: large salad: iceburg, baby spinach, red leaf lettuce, carrots, purple cabbage, red onions, 4 black olives, 1/2 oz feta, 1/3 can albacore tuna, 1/2 med. tomato, olive oil, vinegar; 1/3 c. rainbow slaw (1WAP); beets S: cocoa D: crockpot turkey breast, mashed potatoes (no butter), kale, more slaw (1WAP) S: red grapefruit
There's those veggies! Great day. I really like the rainbow slaw mix (grated broccoli hearts, cauliflower hearts, purple cabbage and carrots).
