Hi Yall! Hope your weekend was great! My week starts on saturday so i am including that in the post too!!
Saturday:
Breakfast: Grits w/ff spray butter skim milk
snack: 94%ff popcorn banana
lunch: cowboy beans (extra lean ground beef browned w/kidney beans and seasoning added)
snack: candy cane tootsie pop -1pt
dinner: core fried rice w/left over ham
snack: cheesecake pudding milk
WPA used:1 WPA left:34 Milk:3 F&V:4 H2O:?? didn't keep track! need too!
Sunday:
Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled lean steak (left over from outback newyears eve) skim milk
snack: light minute maid juice-10calories
lunch: chicken salad sandwich (made w/ff mayo) -1pt for bread grapes
snack: cheesecake pudding
dinner: core chili w/ff cheese and sour cream 1 slice of cornbread (yes i count it as core as long as i have 1 slice, more i count points)
snack: tropical pudding skim milk
WPA used:1 WPA left:33 Milk:5 F&V:5 H2O: didn't keep track again....goal for today!!

Mondays Mondays....here is my day! I have a question for yall though. Do you usually use your AP (activity points) for non core food items or do you not use them? Just curious. This week i am going with not using them, i think!
Breakfast: grits w/ff cheese and ff butter skim milk 1/2 banana
snack: tootsie pop -1pt
lunch: Out-Jason's Deli Salad Bar-salad w/all core items (salad, green peppers, olives, tomatoes, mushrooms and ff dressing) plus almond slivers-2pts low fat ice cream-2pts
snack: 1/2banana tropical pudding
dinner: lean steak sweet potato couscous made w/ff chicken broth whole wheat carb rolls (pillsbury-freezer section)1pt
snack: pistachio pudding (sf/ff) w/ crushed pineapple skim milk
WPA used:6pts WPA left: 27pts AP earned: 7pts (taught kickboxing aerobics class) Milk:4 F&V:6 Water:yea! all 6!

Here is today....Tuesday....Good day! snack:banana (before early morning aerobics class) breakfast: grits w/ham and ff cheese milk snack: light minute maid juice-10calories lunch: baked potato w/core chili and ff cheese and ff sc snack: 94%popcorn dinner: homemade crockpot chicken pot pie 3pts for cream of chix soup and 2 biscuits (i'll post the recipe on the slow cooker page) WPA used:3pts WPA left: 24pts AP earned: 4pts taught a 1 hr. stretch/strength aerobics class F&V:6 M: 3 H2O:6+

Hump Day! Half the week down! Another pretty good day!
Breakfast: ww smoothie w/skim milk banana
snack: morning star pizza veggie burger (the BEST!)
Lunch: Vegatarian Restuarant Pinto beans brown rice veggies cheese (3 wpa)
snack: small bowl of core cereal and skim milk
Dinner: 2 eggs scrambled grilled ham steak toast (1 wpa)
snack: core banana milk shake (milk, ice, a few sprinkle of sf/ff pudding mix, banana in blender)
WPA used:4 WPA left:20 AP earned:7 (taught kickboxing class) F&V:7 M:5 H2o:6+

Thursday-today is a strange day. I work from 4:30-8ish this evening...so i am eatting before i go and something light when i get out....here we go....
snack: before AM aerobics class banana
breakfast: puffed wheat w/skim milk and a little splenda (awesome!)
lunch: cowboy beans (extra ground beef w/beans and spices) sf/ff choclate pudding
dinner1: new invention that went pretty well....boca crumbles w/core made spaghetti sauce(always keep that on hand and made) and ff mozeralla w/garlic salt and italian seasoing. came out like a very think meat sauce-maybe i will call it italian chili:) yummy and filling hope it holds me till 8!
snack: going to bring a WW smoothie w/ me in case i get hungry that way i don't get into other stuff!
dinner2: vegetable soup salad
WPA used:0 wow! WPA left:20! (tomorrow is the last day of my week!) AP earned:4 taught a morning aerobics class F&V:7 M:4 H2O:3 so far (hope to get more for the rest of today!)

It's Friday! We all survived!! It is my last day for my WPA and i saved 20pts for date night with my hubby, well worth it!

dinner: olive garden salad with low fat ranch-1pt 1.5 bread sticks-7pts mussels ww pasta w/spicy marinara and shrimp-3pts sauce
starbucks split a oatmeal raisin cookie with DH-4pts

WPA used:17 WPA left:3 and it is the end of the week AP earned:0 F&V:4 M:1 H2O:6
