Back on Core and headed for personal goal!

I joined the board today after finding out about this wonderful resource on the WW Veg board.
This journal is not about logging food (although I'll no doubt mention it) but about logging my feelings about my day on Core. My goals and exercise will be companions here, as well.
SO! I've been on Core before, with great results. As the old saying goes, stuff happens. Got back on track mentally with some weeks on Flex and a lot of [glow=red,2,300]YOGA[/glow]. Saturday, Nov. 26 was my official kick-off of
CORE - HOLIDAY SURVIVAL PLAN - No Doubt!
As predictable, Saturday and Sunday were honeymoon phase days. Monday got a little weak, had a 2 point bar but then had an awesome workout Monday night.
Today I got up at 5:00 a.m. and did a yoga DVD. !! Credit goes to the hard workouts I've been doing the previous weeks on Flex, but today I'm feeling very light and energetic. In the afternoon the usual 3:00 cravings started but were weak enough to conquer with an apple.
Reserved time tonight to cook a pot of Core pumpkin chili, make a large marinated vegetable salad and put up some lunches for me and DH.
Haven't planned tomorrow's workout yet - leaning toward weight training or some programs from my Kathy Smith's Project You.

Pretty good day today. Is it Core or my imagination but does my belly pooch seem flatter? I peed like a racehorse all day today, too.
Did a lot better with the 3:00 munchie call, was going to white knuckle it but said, "why torture yourself" and had a banana instead, then a 1 point bar. Progress, 1 WPA better than 2. ;D
Lunch was very satisfying though, a basic tossed salad and the last of the Core turkey hash from Thanksgiving leftovers. I got a lot of mileage out of Tom Turkey.
Attended Pilates class and worked really hard. My new yoga DVD, Altar of the Heart, arrived tonight and I'm going to Storyboard to get up early tomorrow morning and try it out before work.
All in all, today's Core Day Scale was a 7.5 out of 10. YAY!
Weigh in tomorrow. I think I'll stay for the meeting and try this new leader out. We'll see.

WI tonight - maintained, was hoping for a little off after all this hard work but I guess maintain with Thanksgiving thrown in is a good thing! Wonderful yoga practice this morning, tried my new DVD and it centered and cheered me for most of the day. After lunch I reached for the Cheddar Twists thinking, "I may as well get rid of these" and munched down a bag - blecch. So I had a right of passage of chucking them out to the squirrels. After eating really clean foods, they tasted like Orange Day Glo or something ~ NASTY. Finished off the day with 30 minutes of weights at the gym and a Pilates mat class. Good day and I'm content.
