I just discovered a way to make Core Cream Cheese. I was trying a recipe that said to puree FF Cottage Cheese. After it was pureed, I decided to try a taste just like that. I tasted like fairly soft Cream Cheese to me. I'm not sure what I'd use it for, maybe to spread in celery. I wouldn't cook with it though as I'm sure the texture wouldn't work (I think it's probably what seperated in the recipe I was trying).
