frozen fruit (this morning was peaches and strawberries) ice 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. plain ff yogurt (the measurements are approximate)
Blend until smooth Very yummy, all Core. I can get at least one fruit serving, and one dairy serving.

I don't know why, but I never tried a smoothie before until I started core. I am hooked! I use a smoothie as a treat and a reward. Here is my fav. so far: 1.5 cups frozen strawberries 4 ice cubes 1 cup ff milk equal to sweeten
That's it. It was devine. I also made this one: 1 cup frozen strawberries 1 medium banana 4 ice cubes 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup water 2 tsp ff/sf vanilla pudding mix equal to sweeten
I can't wait to see what I try today. I usually love ice cream, and can't do it with core and thought that I would miss it. Not the case with a smoothie!

I love smoothies and have one at least twice a week for breakfast. In general, I love adding ripe bananas as a "base" fruit because it adds so much sweetness. However, if the only bananas I have are still somewhat green, I'll add a little Splenda to help sweeten the smoothie. Some smoothie combinations that I've tried and loved:
1 Tbsp. cocoa, 1 banana, 1/2 c. berries, splash of vanilla
1 Tbsp. cocoa, 1 c. cherries, splash of vanilla
grapefruit, orange, banana, strawberry
berry (blue, straw, rasp, black) -- tasty if you don't mind a bit of extra fiber with the seeds
banana, strawberry, apple
banana, cherry, blueberry

I add some silken tofu for extra thickness and protein without changing the flavor

I picked up some of the peaches and cream WW smoothie mix and have been having it for breakfast. One morning I only added frozen peaches and then this morning I added raspberries and peaches. I am using ff milk so each smoothie is worth 2 dairys which sure helps when I need to have 3 a day!
