32oz container of ff plain yogurt 1 cucumber, peeled and seeded 1-2 cloves of garlic, crushed 1/2 onion, finely chopped 1 tsp oregano salt to taste
I make yogurt cheese by straining the yogurt overnight in the fridge. The next day, add the remaining ingredients. This is best when it has sat just a bit to let the flavors get friendly.
This is good over Turkey burgers seasoned with garlic, onion, and oregano.

I make it very similar to this, but I've found that using the FF Total Greek yogurt (made by Fage - I buy it at Trader Joe's) gets the right consistency without needing to make the yocheese out of it first. Also, shredding the cucumber gives is a different consistency. Yummy!

ohh, shredding the cucumber is a good idea. I have even been known to salt and drain the cucumber. Probably work fast if it's shredded. No Trader Joes here. I am jeaouls.
