Just thought I'd let those who don't get this magazine know that this month's issue has an article about whole grains and several recipes that are or could easily be adapted to CORE.

I find in general that CL has lots of good recipes that are pretty easy to adapt for COREbies, not to mention good articles about health, nutrition and exercise.

Cooking Light is great! I want to try a few of the grain-based salads in this month's issue. Most, if not all, recipes are available on their web site.
