I heard a recipe at a meeting last night from a member. I can't put it through e-tools because one of the ingredients is not in their databank. I used the nutrition info and came up with 4 points for the whole pie. I also think it is CORE. What do you think? Is it CORE? 1/2 point a slice for 8 slices.
2 small boxes Sugar free/fat free cook 'n serve Jello vanilla pudding 1 small box sugar free strawberry sugar free jello 1 1/2 cups fresh sliced strawberries. 4 cups water
Line the bottom of the pie pan with strawberries. cook the pudding with water until it starts to boil. (stir constantly) add s/f jello and stir. Pour over the berries and chill.
HINT...also works well with fresh peaches and S/F peach jello. I am guessing you could also use mandarin oranges/orange, raspberries/rasp jello, etc.
I just made the peach. It will be ready in a few hours. Can't wait to try it! Core Diva
Edit: the falvor was delicious! I t did not set up stiff enough to slice. Next pie I will use a large or 2 small boxes of the jello. Less water woudl also help it set up I'd imagine. I can't wait to try strawberry or raspberry or in the winter when berries are expensive I will try mandarin orange.

It's Core. I've seen different variations of this recipe. Sounds good. Katie
