A nice twist on rice pudding. I like this with butterscotch or vanilla pudding.
1/2 c couscous 3/4 c FF milk, scalded 1 pkg SF/FF instant pudding, any flavor 2 c FF milk
Pour scalded milk over couscous and let stand 5 minutes. Mix pudding mix with 2 c milk. Blend the couscous mixture into the pudding. Eat warm or chill.

Thank you. This sounds yummy. I will make some right now. I have a sweet tooth. I had chili over polenta for dinner. Made me full but I want something sweet.
