Taking an idea from the WW board tonight I made this.
1 cup ff milk 1 cup ff plain yogurt 1 pkg vanilla pudding mix 1/2 cap full lemon extract
mix all together. The tart from the yogurt goes well with the lemon flavor.

I was really skeptical of this as I am not a fan of SF/FF pudding. I just made it and it is SO GOOD! Darned if it doesn't taste like cheesecake. I just tasted it from the mixing bowl. I plan to have a serving after dinner with some strawberries. YUM! ;D

I was skeptical also but because I hate yogurt. This is very good. Glad I tried it.

:DI made this, divided it into individual servings, and threw a handful of frozen raspberries on top. Refrigerated and served a few hours later when the berries were thawed and juicy---yummy!

I added a cup of FF cottage cheese and a cup of cruxshed pineapple to the pudding and yogurt. It tasted like ambrosia. I also think that the cottage cheese lessened the tart yogurt flavor.

I made the cheescake pudding and then I added 30 semi-sweet chocolate chips and used 4 Low Fat cinnimon graham crackers to dip into the pudding...Oh my gosh, for 3 points it was HEAVEN!!!!! Some one suggested melting the chips and then freezing it, pouring the pudding over top. Havent tried that yet...

You know, I saw that there's now a 100 cal pack of graham cracker crisps. I bet that would be a good companion.

I have made the blueberry & vanilla pudding mix & it was really good!
I have also used a half pack of the 100 Cal Oreo pack for topping; just crumbled it up & it was great! Aso great for "Dirt Pudding" with chocolate pudding & a lil FF Cool Whip.

This is perfect... I was craving something rich and creamy. I stopped and already have it setting in the refrig. I only had 1 1/2 c of plain yogurt left, so used 1/2 c of ff milk. I've just licked the spoon, but fantastic. I have some frozen wild blueberries that will taste very good with it. Thanks!

in my house this is called "goop". i make it alot because i really missed something sweet after dinner. i use a 16 oz container of FF sour cream instead of the yogurt but i'm going to try the yogurt instead 1 box (small) SF FF instant white chocolate pudding mix 1 bag frozen cherries, thawed but not drained mix it up. YUM! i have done this w/ blackberries and raspberries as well. it is really good. i have also varied the pudding to SF FF chocolate fudge, SF FF vanilla and SF FF banana. the only one i didn't like was the banana.
