I just made this today and it's really good!
Makes 4 side dish servings
12 ounces broccoli florets, cut small and uniformly 1 medium onion, sliced into thin slices 2 garlic gloves, minced 1 TB. soy sauce 2 TB. Hoisin sauce (adds 2 points to entire recipe) 1 TB. olive oil OR olive oil spray in nonstick skillet
Heat oil or sprayed pan over medium high heat. Add onion, garlic, and broccoli. Fry by stirring constantly. When onions are translucent, add soy sauce and hoisin sauce. Continue to stryfry until broccoli is crisp-tender. Add a tsp. of water if needed to keep from burning.
You can add other veggies, if you like, like mushrooms or julenned carrots. This was simple and delicious as is!
